1. Brief History

Agribusiness Analysis Laboratory of Lampung University was established in 1973, and becomes one of the laboratory in Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, Lampung University. AA Laboratory is a technical implementation supporting element the implementation of educational, research and community service tasks in the agribusiness science branch.

2. Organizational Structure

AA Laboratory is managed by the head of laboratory who is Dr. Ir. Dyah Aring Hepiana Lestari, M.Si, in carrying out her duties, the head of the laboratory is assisted by one technician, one administrative officer, and one utility officer.

4. Vision, Mission, dan Goals

Vision of AA Laboratory in 2025 is becoming high-quality/high-performance laboratories in supporting the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the Agribusiness Department and becoming the top ten laboratories at the University of Lampung.

As the missions of AA Laboratory are :

1. Supporting the implementation of various practical courses in Agribusiness that using computer stuff.
2. Supporting the implementation of research both conducted by lecturers and students of the Agribusiness Department.
3. Supporting the implementation of community service both carried out by lecturers and students of the Agribusiness Department.

AA Laboratory’s goal is becoming high-quality/high-performance laboratories in supporting Agribusiness Department in producing agricultural graduates in the field of agribusiness who are able to compete globally.

In the field of research, the Agribusiness Analysis Laboratory conducts routine activities, namely verification of the results of research data processing of undergraduate and graduate students. AA Laboratory serves data processing services from lecturers and students. Data processing is carried out for regression / parametric analysis, non-parametric, feasibility, and others. While verification of data processing results is carried out for the results of data processing carried out by students themselves or by other parties outside the laboratory within the Agribusiness Department. The AA Laboratory also serves the use of tools and rooms for data processing purposes by users who come from lecturers and students.
