Vision and Mission

Vision of Community Counseling and Empowerment Laboratory (CCE) is

"In 2025 Community Counseling and Empowerment Laboratory (CCE) is becoming a leading laboratory in the tridharma of higher education in the field of extension science and community empowerment"

To achieve the vision, Community Counseling and Empowerment Laboratory has missions which are:

1. Serving practicum activities for courses in the Agribusiness Department, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung
2. Serving research activities carried out by the entire academic community within the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung
3. Serving the development of science and technology in community service activities for the Academic Community within the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung
4. Establish cooperation with stakeholders related to community development

Strategic Goals and Objectives

The preparation of the development plan of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory (CCE) is intended to improve laboratory services in the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and cooperation with stakeholders outside Unila in community development.

The purpose of preparing the development plan of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory is to provide clear direction in the development of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory. The strategic objectives of the CCE Laboratory development plan include several things:

1. Improve laboratory services for the implementation of practicum courses that have relevance to the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory.
2. Improve laboratory quality through the provision of facilities and infrastructure that support the tridharma of higher education.
3. Increase cooperation with stakeholders outside University of Lampung. stakeholders di luar Unila.
4. Improve the competence of laboratory managers, especially for laboratory heads, laboratory assistants, and technicians.

Benefits

1. Benefits for lecturers. The existence of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory is expected to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by lecturers at the University of Lampung.
2. Benefits for students. The existence of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory is expected to support the implementation of practicum activities in each course that has a practicum study load carried out by students.
3. Benefits for the communities. The existence of the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory is expected to meet the needs of the community for the advancement of agricultural information.

Laboratory Development Approach

First, it is directed to develop a laboratory that can function as a learning center for students in community extension and empowerment activities.

Second, laboratory development is directed to develop laboratories that can function as producers of various media and tools for extension and empowerment activities based on multimedia technology.

Third, laboratory development is also directed at making the Community Extension and Empowerment Laboratory a channel for agricultural innovation information produced by researchers or academics at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung.
