The Agribusiness Study Program of the Agribusiness Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Lampung University held a Student Creativity Development Workshop through a zoom meeting on Saturday (10/29/2022). The Student Creativity Development Workshop was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. Irwan Sukri Banuwa, M.Si, which was held openly and attended by the Head of the Agribusiness Department, Dr. Teguh Endaryanto, S.P., M.Si, lecturers and students from the Agribusiness Study Program, as well as representatives from various departments within the Faculty of Agriculture.
The Student Creativity Development Workshop was moderated by Mrs. Yuliana Saleh, S.P., M.Si. lecturer of Agribusiness Study Program FP Unila and was filled by 2 speakers, namely Mrs. Ratih Apri Utami, S.P., M.Si. (Lecturer of Agribusiness Study Program FP University of Jember) who provided material related to Tips for Becoming an Outstanding Student and Mrs. Imaniar Ilmi Pariasa, S.P., M.P., M.B.A (Agribusiness Study Program FP University of Brawijaya who provided material related to Strategies for Passing the Student Creativity Program.
Mrs. Ratih Apri Utami, S.P., M.Si. said students can become creative in the golden age, which is in 2030. Students are the hope of the country today, so students are expected to improve their abilities through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Students are currently faced with the era of disruption, where all changes move incredibly fast not only in the aspect of science and technology. For example, during the Covid-19 pandemic by utilizing online lectures. Skills that must be mastered in 2030:
1. Problem solving
2. Coordination
3. Management
4. Critical thinking
5. Negotiation
6. Creativity
Enhancing performance through PKM can be done by developing ideas and insights as well as increasing scientific discussions, observing the environment, trial and error. Tips for becoming an adaptive outstanding student, are:
1. Understanding things
2. Have a target
3. Networking
4. Active in organization
5. Doing some mini research
Mrs. Imaniar Ilmi Pariasa, S.P., M.P., M.B.A also said that the role of students is direct of change, agent of change, iron stock, moral of force, and social control, so students must have the advantage to plunge into society. According to the National Achievement Center, there are 7 indicators of outstanding student achievement, there are:
1. Competition
2. Recognition
3. Reward
4. Organizational carreer
5. Work result
6. Empowerment or humanitarian action
7. Entrepreneurship
There are several fields that can be followed by students to advance to the national level (PKM). PKM itself is a student productive activity where students are tested for their competence and spirit of competition through scientific writing competitions. In general, PKM aims to prepare student resources that are future-oriented and forged with higher education transformation, so that they can become superior students. PKM has several criteria, namely:

Of the various field criteria, there are several fields that can be collaborated with other fields of science. Graphically, there is actually quite a lot of funding for PKM per cluster, reaching hundreds of proposals. For this reason, we as students must be able to take advantage of opportunities to improve our quality. The trick is to become a creative student. Creative and innovative have slightly different meanings. Someone who is creative is definitely innovative, but someone who is innovative is not necessarily creative. The existence of PKM supports the government's innovation regarding Sustainable Development Goals. Through PKM, we can reveal facts through a scientific approach using existing research methods. To maximize this activity, all academic community and society must support each other for the achievement of this activity. The determinants of achievement in PIMNAS are creativity, coaching efforts, zero tolerance for the quality of the main competitors.
